Hardware wallets are very important for securing your cryptocurrencies 

and protecting them from stealing or hacking.

I am using KeepKey, had used Ledger for a while and now shifted into KeepKey. I think very few people are aware of these hardware wallets, not a lot of people use this. In our local, it will be very hard to find people using hardware wallet.

Of course ledger nano s. I have been using it since they introduced it in the market. I still has not found any issue with it.

My recommendation will be ledger nano s.

I want to replace my Ledger Nano S with Ladger Nano X.

I hear people say it is much better with much larger memory space.

I may also try cheapest one Safepal

Memory space is not a problem at all. With my ledger I uninstall the one I do not use and install a new one and then again uninstall and install lol

It works for now, BUT what if Ledger keeps growing APP space?

This is what is going on now.

If keeping only BTC it is ok.

They also removed option to 'sign a message' and that is very move from Ledger.

I am using LEDGER and i never had a problem on this.

I once read from a great crypto user,

"The best thing to have is a ledger wallet if you have more than 500USD value of cryptocurrency"

And i always do believe that is the best way to do. Be safe always.

Did not notice that at all. I use it both with ledger live and chrome extension whenever I feel good with any of them. 

If they really move it then that's a hammer lol.

May be connecting with Electrum will help.

Well even though I have a ledger but still I use 2/2 multiSig wallet with Electrum lol

Electrum wallet is great, and easy to use also with Ledger and Metamask.

I also plan to use it for new HEX coin, since Ledger removed sign a message option.

Well while it's easy to use, it has risk involve too. If you install the wrong Electrum wallet then you may become a victim of phishing attacks.

It's always advisable to download Electrum wallet from their official site which is this: https://electrum.org/#download

Not using one because I am a holder. My keys are safely stored offline. For small purchases I just use my phone which is fine I think. If I was going to get one I would probably get a trezor. Don't know why but I like the name.

every wallet is secured as long as you are being secured.

Your private keys and wallet will depend on how you will treat and secure them

But what i am talking about is the ledger wallet this is the most secured one! so think again!

Cold storage wallets, means it is not connected to internet and this are the safest wallets,

BUT you should always backup your seed and private keys no mater what wallet you use.

Some old smartphone without SIM card and with no internet access can also be cheap cold storage wallet,

then you can install for example Monarch app and you have cheap hardware wallet.

That is a wrong perception. Smartphones without SIM cards and with no internet access can make an emergency call and therefore are accessible from outside which makes them vulnerable to potential hackers' attacks.  That is why they have no right to be considered as a good devices to host  cold  wallets..

How can you make emergency call with phone without any SIM and internet access? 😀
I would like to know how is that 'outside access'

Maybe he have some new quantum alien smartphone that can work with virtual mind-sim.

I want to buy this tech from him. Maybe his phone is revolutionary  🤑

911 in North America and 112 in Europe  don't require SIM and Internet. Any working smartphone that can be just turned on is able to call over there. Look for details and try yourselves.

Smart phones are GSM activated so yes I do not see any exception with those old type of phones and smart phone 😊
