Sharing referral links

Is it allowed to share our referral links in posts or is it only limited to our signatures like it is in BTT? I'd like to know. Any rules about this?

Since there are no rules yet, I do not see any problem so far but I am sure it will not be allowed once there will be rules for us. Allowing referral link will encourage referral spams in the forum which will create a mess.

Yeah I wanted to say "referral", had a brain fart.

Agreed, I don't want to see referral spam posts everywhere. I believe it is fine to have them in our signatures though.

In the signature it should be okay, I do not see any problem. In fact that is why a signature space isn't it.

Stay tuned. We recently asked already moderators for rules and they will soon post links with more information about that. You can use them in your signature for sure.

Referral links will just make people come to forum to post them and they will go away. I have already seen forums dying because of it, it cause unnecessary spam and in my opinion it should be restricted only to signature areas.

I see only question (from member who create this topic) "Is it allowed to share our referral links in posts".

Why you share lies?

I dont know any forum (related with crypto) that allowed referral links in theirs forums.

Referral links are prohibited. Today or tomorrow we will publish specific forum rules. You can publish any information in the signature. Maybe we can think of something else about referral links...

I propose that ref links should not be totally prohibited.

Give members one specific Section where they can share them,

if they say they are sharing ref links, and if it is not some scam or ponzi.

We will come up with something similar, we do not need to worry about it now. I am not against an adequately created topic with 1 referral link, but it needs to be considered in great detail. Spam will be deleted.

Since there is no official announcement till now, you can share referral links here, may be any exchange or any gambling site. However, I personally discourage it, it doesn't look good to be honest. If admin allows it, people will just join here to spam their referral link.

Not anymore. An official rules has been made, check out my signature for the link. Referral link isn't anymore allowed. I request you to take down the link and report if you found any. You are free to promote the link on your signature as like I did.

I do not advise you to put referral link here in the forum because it is a form of SPAM. That referral link is sent to you only for personal interest, without having any connection to the information about crypto. I recommend that you send referral links on social networks to your friends, not here on the forum.

Sharing referral links is not allowed in post, but people can add it in signatures if they want.
I would like to ask moderators to lock this topic now
